All products are packaged discreetly with no external branding or product labeling visible on the outside of the package. Products are sealed and packed to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are shipped with appropriate cold packaging to maintain stability.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noctisbiolabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review and resolve all damage claims promptly.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, keep at -20°C (freezer). Once reconstituted, store at 4°C (refrigerator) and use within 28-30 days. GHK-Cu topical formulations should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which prevents bacterial growth. It is used for reconstituting lyophilized peptides in laboratory research settings. Noctis Bio sells BAC Water separately as a research supply item.
